Privacy Policy

Last updated February 1, 2026

This policy explains what data HorizonStack processes when we run autonomous agents on your behalf, how we use it, and the choices available to you and to the people our agents contact.

What we collect

To run agents on your behalf we process the operational data a job requires: contact details for the people an agent reaches, the content of calls, texts, and emails the agent conducts, and the records it reads from or writes to your systems.

We also collect standard account information for the people who administer HorizonStack, and technical logs generated as agents run.

How we use it

Operational data is used to carry out the specific jobs you have engaged us to run, to maintain the durable memory that keeps a job coherent across weeks, and to produce the audit records that let your compliance team review agent behavior.

We do not sell operational data, and we do not use it to train models for other customers.

Retention

We retain operational data for the life of a job and for the period your agreement and applicable regulation require thereafter. When that period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized on a defined schedule.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped to the systems and people that need it, logged, and reviewed. Recordings and transcripts of regulated interactions are handled under the controls your industry requires.

Your choices

Individuals an agent contacts may opt out of further contact on any channel, and those preferences are honored across the job. Customers may request export or deletion of their operational data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
