Terms of Service

HorizonStack provides autonomous agents that carry multi-step workflows from first trigger to closed outcome across voice, SMS, email, and the systems you connect. These terms govern your use of that service.

By engaging HorizonStack you confirm you are authorized to bind your organization to this agreement.

Unless your order states otherwise, HorizonStack is priced on outcomes. You are billed when a job reaches the closed state defined in your agreement. Jobs that do not close are not invoiced.

Definitions of what constitutes a closed outcome for each workflow are set out in your order and may be updated by written agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate data and system access, for ensuring you have the right to have agents contact the individuals you identify, and for the lawful basis of the workflows you ask us to run.

You will not use HorizonStack for any purpose prohibited by law or by the acceptable-use terms in your agreement.

We will run agents with the compliance controls appropriate to your industry, maintain audit records of agent behavior, and operate the service with commercially reasonable security and availability.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts payable under your agreement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators before they take effect.
